What's Happening at Turning Point
Hello and welcome to Turning Point Assembly of God Online! Everyone needs a "turning point" at some time in their lives. This is common ground on which we can come together and worship in spirit and truth. Turning Point is a place of change, healing, restoration and revival. If you already attend church with us, you will find this site to be a helpful tool to keep in touch with all that is going on at Turning Point. If you are looking for a church, we hope that you will feel the Holy Spirit speak to your heart as you browse through our site, and hopefully, you will then give us the opportunity to meet you in person by visiting with us at one of our weekly services. Last Saturday three teams from Turning Point canvassed Mufreesboro in the areas effected by the Good Friday tornado, with Hope and Help booklets. Hope and Help was co-written by our Pastor, and has been very effective in the ongoing Hurricane Katrina relief effort. It offers specific scripture refrences to the emotions related with disasters of this size. We never knew that when the booklet was created it would also be used to bring hope to our own community. Our teams also offered to pray with home owners, and brought back many testimonies of God's timing and grace. You can access this booklet online by clicking on the Outreach tab.
