Hello and welcome to Turning Point Assembly of God Online!

Everyone needs a "turning point" at some time in their lives. This is common ground on which we can come together and worship in spirit and truth. Turning Point is a place of change, healing, restoration and revival.

If you already attend church with us, you will find this site to be a helpful tool to keep in touch with all that is going on at Turning Point.

Turning Point Women are Unique Women

The last Wednesday in September kicked off an exciting new season for Turning Point's women's ministry. Over 40 ladies attended the first meeting of the new season. The group is showing up in expectation of a fun night of fellowship with other women and with the Lord. Turning Point is anticipating God to use these meetings to minister to countless women within the church and community.

The women have begun a book study on The Unique Woman by Edwin Louis Cole and Nancy Corbett Cole. October's meeting conisted of rich discussion about the first three chapters of this book. They delved into topics such as what makes women unique, how their identity is found in Christ, and how they can use their giftings to seize God-given opportunities.

October's meeting also marked a new naming of the group. Formerly referred to as Women of Destiny, the ladies will now be known as Crown Jewels.

Lastly, the women ended October's meeting by having their pictures taken with a frame around their face to remind each woman that they are a unique creation of God. Their heavenly Father created them the way they are and He delights in their uniqueness.
